Breathing workshop: Tension

Tension means “muscle activity without movement”.

Muscles that are active tensing up will make it harder to  balance freely in standing. This will  raise your centre of gravity and activate  your stability muscles.

Tension will make it harder to move and breathe. Even tension in your hands.

Discovering different tension levels in your body and learning special techniques to “melt them away” will help you to move and stand easier + breathe with less effort.
