Breathing workshop: Imagery
Imagery is not the same as phantasy. Being able to “see in your mind’s eye” is an art in itself and can be highly trained.
Being able to “imagine” starts a feedback loop in body and mind.
In musical education we often use imagination to inspire expression.
Learning how to become more effective in using imagery will help you, not only to set your mind free, but also to guide your physical actions.
The Franklin Method offers an evidence- based pedagogy on usage of Imagery. This will enhance your practice, teaching an well-being enormously .
