During this fun and educational workshop you will get to know your breathing in a larger  context. Widespread misunderstandings will be clarified.

You will find ways to  become calmer, centered and present. 

You will get a deeper understanding of what good breathing Is and Why. 

Importantly, you will get a deeper awareness of your own breathing And many exercises and insights to share with your students.
